§ 916-040. ENFORCEMENT OF SUTTER COUNTY WATER AGENCY ORDINANCE 1WA

Any person, firm, association or corporation violating any of the provisions of said Sutter County Water Agency Ordinance No. 1WA, the provisions of which are incorporated herein and by this reference made a part hereof, shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction, shall be punished by imposition of a fine not to exceed three hundred dollars ($300.00), or by imprisonment in the County Jail of Sutter County for a period not to exceed six months, or by both such fine and imprisonment.
