Any person, firm, association, or corporation violating any of the provisions of this
chapter shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction, shall be punished
by imposition of a fine not to exceed three hundred dollars ($300.00), or by imprisonment
in the County Jail of Sutter County for a period not to exceed six months, or by both
such fine and imprisonment.
