§ 78-060. QUORUM

Latest version.

Eight members of the Commission in attendance shall constitute a quorum for the purposes of transacting business of the Commission. Actions of the Commission shall be by a majority vote of all members present after a quorum has been established. All voted actions of the Commission shall be recorded by the recording secretary and kept as a permanent record of the Commission.
