§ 78-050. MEETINGS

Meetings of the Commission shall be held at a date, time and location as may be designated from time to time by resolution of the Fish and Game Commission with special meetings occurring as needed to transact the work of the Commission. Such meetings shall be conducted in an orderly and systematic manner to permit reasonable and adequate deliberations, the input of interested parties and the resolution of all matters coming before the Commission. Compliance with the Ralph M. Brown Act (Government Code §54950, et seq.) including notice of special meetings, is required.
