§ 1510-018. Appeal of the Commission's Actions

Any interested party aggrieved by the action of the Planning Commission may file a written request for a hearing on the general plan amendment by the Board of Supervisors with the Clerk of the Board of Supervisors. Any such request shall be made within five (5) days of the action of the Planning Commission and shall be accompanied by a fee as established by resolution of the Board of Supervisors.
