§ 1510-016. Planning Commission Action

Latest version.

(a)

The Planning Commission shall conduct an advertised public hearing on all general plan amendments.

(b)

At the conclusion of the public hearings, the Planning commission shall forward to the Board of Supervisors its recommendations and findings relating to the adoption of the proposed general plan amendment.
