§ 1510-014. Application of Fees

Application for general plan amendments which are initiated by other than the Board of Supervisors or the Planning Commission shall be made in writing on a form prescribed by the Planning Department. such application shall be accompanied by a fee as established by resolution of the Board of Supervisors. Any required environmental documents shall also be provided.
