§ 925-040. VIOLATION—PENALTY

Latest version.

Any violation of this Chapter shall constitute a misdemeanor. Upon the conviction of a violation of this Chapter, the person so convicted shall be punished by a fine of not less than fifty dollars ($50.00), or more than two hundred fifty dollars ($250.00), and if such fine be not paid, shall be imprisoned in the County Jail of Sutter County for a period of one day for each thirty dollars ($30.00) of such fine.
