§ 925-010. PEACH BOXES-OTHER MATERIALS, EQUIPMENT, OBJECTS AND DEBRIS—DISPOSAL ON ROAD PROHIBITED

It shall be unlawful for any person, firm, corporation or partnership to deposit or cause to be deposited, or leave or allow to remain, any peach boxes, materials, equipment or debris upon a county road or the right-of-way of any county road when such action will create a potential traffic or other hazard or impede the routine maintenance of said road or right-of-way of said road, or in any way damage said county road or right-of-way of said county road.
