§ 800-230. DOGS: SPAY/NEUTER DEPOSIT REQUIRED

(a)

After January 1, 2000, Animal Control Services shall not sell, give away, or transfer any dog except as provided for in Chapter 1.5, commencing with Section 30520 of Division 4 of the Food and Agricultural Code.

(b)

Prior to January 1, 2000, Animal Control Services shall not sell, give away, or transfer any dog except as provided for in Section 30503 of the Food and Agricultural Code.
