§ 610-070. PENALTY FOR VIOLATION

  • Any person who violates any of the provisions of this Chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor or an infraction at the discretion of the District Attorney. Each act of service in violation of the provisions of the Chapter shall constitute a separate offense.

    Upon conviction of a misdemeanor the person shall be punishable by a fine not exceeding five hundred dollars ($500.00) or by imprisonment in the County Jail for a period not exceeding six months, or both. Upon conviction of an infraction, the person shall be punishable by a fine not exceeding fifty dollars ($50.00) for the first violation; by a fine not exceeding one hundred dollars ($100.00) for a second violation within one year; and by a fine not exceeding two hundred fifty dollars ($250.00) for each additional violation within one year.
