§ 610-060. ENFORCEMENT

Latest version.

It shall be the duty of the Sutter County Fire Services Manager to enforce the provisions of this Chapter. In performing his duty, the Sutter County Fire Services Manager shall have the right of entry as set forth in subsection 600-260 of Chapter 600 of the Sutter County Ordinance Code.
