§ 480-030. VIOLATIONS—PENALTY

Any person, firm, or corporation violating any of the provisions of this Chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof shall be punished by a fine not to exceed five hundred dollars ($500.00), or by imprisonment in the County Jail of the County of Sutter not to exceed six months, or by both such fine and imprisonment.
