    Reclamation District 1000 east side canal from the Sutter-Sacramento County Line north to the confluence of the Natomas Cross Canal, and its tributaries lying west of the Western Pacific Railroad. This boundary is limited to the top of the levee.

    (2)

    Reclamation District 1001 east side canal from the confluence of the Natomas Cross Canal upstream to the Western Pacific Railroad, and the tributaries of the east side canal lying west of the Western Pacific Railroad. This boundary is limited to the top of the levee.

    (3)

    The Natomas Cross Canal from the confluence with Sacramento River upstream to the confluence of Reclamation District 1000 and Reclamation District 1001 east side canals. This boundary is limited to the top of the levee.

    (4)

    The east bank of the Feather River from State Highway 99 downstream to confluence of the Sacramento River and the east bank of the Sacramento River from its confluence with the Feather River to the Sutter-Sacramento County Line. This boundary is limited to the top of the levee.

    Yankee Slough within Reclamation District 1001 from State Route 70 upstream to the Western Pacific Railroad. This boundary is limited to the top of the levee.

    Yankee Slough within Reclamation District 1001 from the Western Pacific Railroad upstream to Swetzer Road. This boundary is limited to the top of the levee.

    The left bank of the Feather River Levee within District 1001 from the confluence of the Feather and Bear Rivers downstream to the State of California, State Route 99 Bridge Crossing. This boundary is limited to the top of the levee.

    Left bank of the Bear River within Reclamation District 1001 from the State of California State Route 70 Bridge Crossing downstream to the confluence of the Feather River. This boundary is limited to the top of the levee.

    Left bank of the Bear River within Reclamation District 1001 from the Sutter-Placer County Line downstream to the Union Pacific Railroad Tracks. This boundary is limited to the top of the levee.

    The west bank of the Feather River, from the Butte County line in the north, south to the Southern Pacific Railroad crossing, near Pease Road in Yuba City. This boundary is limited to the top of the levee.

    The west bank of the Feather River, from the Yuba City Boat Launch road crossing in the north, south to the south end of Boyd's Pump Boat Launch and parking lot. This boundary is limited to the top of the levee.

    (12)

    The west bank of the Feather River, from the south end of Boyd's Pump Boat Launch and parking lot, south to the junction of the Feather River with the Sutter By-Pass. This boundary is limited to the top of the levee.

    (13)

    The east levee of the Sutter By-Pass, from the boundary with the west levee of the Feather River, north to the boundary of the Wadsworth Canal levee. This boundary is limited to the top of the levee.
