§ 467-180. INSPECTION FOR COMPLIANCE

As a condition of a massage establishment permit, investigating officials of the County shall have the right to enter the massage establishment during regular business hours to conduct reasonable inspections to observe and enforce compliance with the provisions of this chapter, as well as any other applicable requirements including but not limited to building, fire, planning and health requirements. A warrant shall be obtained whenever required by law.
