§ 467-190. VIOLATION—INFRACTION OR MISDEMEANOR

  • Any person who violates any provision of this chapter, including without limitation the prohibitions set forth in Sections 467-030 and 467-150, and the operational and facility requirements set forth in Sections 467-160 and 467-170, shall be deemed guilty of an infraction or a misdemeanor. Upon conviction thereof, such person shall be fined an amount not to exceed five hundred dollars ($500.00), or by imprisonment for not more than six months, or by both said fine and said imprisonment.
