It shall be unlawful for any person as owner, agent, operator or employee, or any
other person in charge of any of the businesses described in Section 415-020 hereof, during the time said businesses should be closed under the terms of Section 415-020 of this Chapter, to allow or permit said place of business under his or her control
to remain open for business as owner, agent, operator or employee to remain in said
place of business, or to allow or permit any person to enter said place of business,
or to allow or permit any person to engage in any pool game, card game or dance in
said place of business.
