Except for a business operated under a license issued pursuant to Chapter 3, Division
9 of the California Business and Professions Code commencing at § 23300, all places
of business commonly known as pool halls, card rooms, road houses, dance halls, and
all businesses of a similar kind or nature conducted within the unincorporated limits
of the County of Sutter, shall close and remain closed from the doing of all business
of every kind or nature between the hours of 2:00 a.m. and 6:00 a.m. (Ord. 996, Sec.
