§ 340-040. DELEGATION OF DUTY

The Probation Officer may transfer any bicycles or toys in his possession to the Director of the Sutter County Welfare Department for disposal if in his discretion the placement of said bicycles or toys with the Sutter County Welfare Department would be instrumental in preventing juvenile delinquency.
