§ 340-030. PROBATION OFFICER DUTIES

The Probation Officer of Sutter County shall have primary responsibility for disposing of any unclaimed bicycles or toys. The Probation Officer may designate any individual, corporation, or association to be the recipient of said bicycles or toys or both to be used in a program of activities designed to prevent juvenile delinquency.
