§ 320-020. SHERIFF DESIGNATED AS WORK FURLOUGH ADMINISTRATOR

The Sheriff of the County of Sutter is designated as the officer who shall perform the functions of the Work Furlough Administrator. The Sheriff, as Work Furlough Administrator, is hereby authorized to enter into intercounty work furlough agreements pursuant to Section 1208.5 of the Penal Code of the State of California.
