§ 315-020. WORKING OF PRISONERS ON PUBLIC ROAD, ETC.

Said person when appointed and deputized by the Sheriff of the County of Sutter shall work the prisoners upon the public grounds, roads, streets, alleys, highways or public buildings or on the public works or ways in the County of Sutter, or in such other places as are deemed advisable for the benefit of the County of Sutter.
