§ 315-010. PURPOSE

Latest version.

This Chapter is to provide for the working of prisoners confined in the County Jail under judgment of conviction of misdemeanors, or under a final judgment of imprisonment rendered in a criminal action or proceeding, under the direction of the Sheriff of the County of Sutter, or a responsible person appointed and deputized by the Sheriff of the County of Sutter.
