§ 38-020. COMPENSATION

Latest version.

The compensation of the Public Guardian shall be two hundred dollars ($200.00) per month and all fees or reimbursements allowed from the wards' estate by the Court as Public Guardian fees shall be turned into the Treasurer of the County of Sutter.
