§ 38-030. ATTORNEYS' FEES

Where funds are available from the wards' estate Attorneys' fees may be paid to the Public Guardian as allowed by the Court except in the case where the County Counsel is the Attorney for the Public Guardian, in which case the Attorneys' fees allowed by the Court shall be turned into the Treasurer of the County of Sutter.
