Upon completion of the work contemplated by the Grading and Erosion Control Permit,
the permit recipient shall provide notice of completion to the Director and, for any
project which has involved grading activities in excess of 1,000 cubic yards, shall
provide a set of record plans showing the as-graded ground surface elevations, lot
drainage patterns, and, the location and elevation of surface drainage facilities
and any outlets of subsurface drains. The Director or his/her authorized representative
shall thereafter inspect the site to assure compliance with all permit requirements
and, provided all requirements have been met and all fees have been paid, shall issue
a certificate of completion for the project.
