§ 1701-120. ENFORCEMENT

Latest version.

(a)

Any violation of the provisions of this Title is hereby declared to be unlawful and a public nuisance and the person violating this Title shall be subject to administrative fines and penalties as set forth in the Sutter County Code or in other local, state or federal law.

(b)

Any person who willfully violates any of the provisions or fails to comply with any of the mandatory requirements of this Title is guilty of a misdemeanor or infraction

(c)

Nothing herein shall be deemed to bar any legal, equitable, or summary remedy to which the County of Sutter may have.
