§ 1701-060. REAL PROPERTY—APPROPRIATION OR ENCUMBRANCE

No person shall do any of the following within a County drainage, flood control, water, or wastewater system, structure or facility:
(a)

Deposit any garbage, rubbish, earth, sand, rock, stone or other substance.

(b)

Remove any earth, sand, rock, stone or otherwise disturb the system, structure or facility.

(c)

Erect or attempt to erect any building, wharf or structure of any kind.

(d)

Obstruct or encumber any portion of the system, structure or facility without first obtaining a permit from the Director.
