§ 1525-090. MOBILE HOME UTILITIES PERMIT

  • In those situations authorized by the provisions of this chapter, the Sutter County Community Services Department-Building Inspection Program, may issue a mobile home utilities permit. Such permit shall be for a specified mobile home and a specified parcel of land.

    The fees provided for in this chapter shall be in addition to the fees specified in the Mobile Home Parks Act, part 2.1, division 13 of the California Health and Safety Code and Title 25, California Code of Regulations, division I , chapter 2.

    The adopted Fee Schedule for the permit fees for the mobile home utilities shall be charged and collected as specified in Chapters 760 and 1300 of the Ordinance Code. The following services shall be inspected: water, gas, electricity, sewage, and fuel oil. If the installation of the mobile home and all appurtenances are found to be in compliance with all applicable laws and ordinances, the inspector shall authorize the utility or service company to provide power or fuel gas by attached tags to the electrical or gas servicing equipment.

    In addition thereto, a permit fee for enlargement, alteration, repair, improvement, or conversion of the following services: water, gas, electricity, sewage, fuel oil, heating, and cooling shall be charged and collected as specified in the appropriate portion of Chapter 1300 of this ordinance code.

    Also a permit fee for accessory buildings or structures shall be charged and collected as specified in the International Building Code adopted by Chapter 1300 of this Ordinance Code.
