§ 1525-091. INSTALLATION INSPECTION

The Building Official is authorized and directed to require a Mobile Home Installation Permit, in addition to the Utilities Permit, for each mobile home installed in Sutter County not in a mobile home park. The Building Official is authorized and directed to charge a mobile home installation permit fee for each unit as set forth and established by the California Code of Regulations, Title 25, Division 1, Chapter 2, as approved by resolution of the Board of Supervisors.
