§ 1525-050. EXEMPTIONS—MOBILE HOME PARKS REGULATED BY STATE LAW

The provisions of this chapter shall not apply to any mobile home park or recreational vehicle park, as they are defined in sections 18214 and 18215 of the California Health and Safety Code nor shall they apply to any labor camp as defined and regulated under division 13, part 1, of the California Health and Safety Code.
