§ 1525-040. PENALTIES

Latest version.

Any person violating the provisions of this Chapter is guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof shall be punished by a fine not to exceed $200 or by imprisonment in the County Jail of Sutter County for a term not to exceed six months or by both such fine and imprisonment.
