§ 1515-014. DEFINITIONS

For the purpose of this Chapter, the following specific words and terms shall have the following meanings.
• Planning Director - Shall mean the Planning Director for the County of Sutter or his designated representative.

• General Plan - Shall mean the General Plan of the County of Sutter.

• Specific Plan - Shall mean a report consisting of text, maps, and other documents and exhibits regulating development within a specified area of the County and prepared pursuant to the provisions of the California Government Code (Section 65450 et seq.), the General Plan, and this Chapter.

• Planning Commission - Shall mean the Planning Commission of Sutter County.

• Board of Supervisors - Shall mean the Board of Supervisors of Sutter County.
