§ 1200-054. APPLICABILITY OF THE CALIFORNIA SELF-STORAGE FACILITY ACT

Any lease, sublease or license of a hanger, privately-owned portable hanger, or tie down space, entered into in accordance with the provisions of Section 1200-052 of this Chapter shall be subject to the provisions of the California Self-Service Storage Facility Act, California Business and Professions Code Section 21700 et seq.
