§ 1200-052. LEASE, SUBLEASE OR LICENSE OF AIRPORT PROPERTY

Pursuant to the provisions of California Government Code Section 25536 and Section 26-050 of this Code, the Development Services Department Director or his/her designee is authorized to enter into leases, subleases and/or licenses for county-owned property devoted primarily for airport purposes without competitive bidding and without compliance with the alternative procedures set forth in Chapter 26 of this Code. The rate to be charged for any such lease, sublease or license shall be set by resolution of the Sutter County Board of Supervisors.
