§ 1145-040. PENALTY

Violation of any of the provisions of this chapter is an infraction punishable on the first offense by a fine not in excess of fifty dollars ($50.00), on a second offense by a fine not in excess of one hundred dollars ($100.00), and on each subsequent offense by a fine not in excess of two hundred fifty dollars ($250.00).
