§ 1145-030. TRAFFIC REGULATED BY VEHICLE CODE

When the Housing Authority of the County of Sutter permits public traffic upon the driveways, paths, or grounds under its control then, except for those conditions imposed or regulations enacted by the Housing Authority of the County of Sutter applicable to traffic, all of the provisions of the California Vehicle Code relating to traffic upon the highways shall be applicable to the traffic upon the driveways, paths or grounds under the control of the Housing Authority.
