§ 1112-030. ERECTION AND MAINTENANCE OF STOP SIGNS

Latest version.

Whenever the board of supervisors orders pursuant to section 1112-020 that a stop sign or other official traffic control device be erected, the Sutter County Development Services Department shall erect and maintain such sign or device. Each stop sign or other official traffic control device shall conform to the uniform standards and specifications promulgated by the California Department of Transportation, as required by the Vehicle Code.
