§ 1100-130. SEVERABILITY

  • If any section, subsection, paragraph, sentence, clause or phrase of this Chapter which is reasonably separable from the remaining portions of the Chapter is, for any reason, to be held invalid or unconstitutional, such invalidity or unconstitutionality shall not affect the validity or constitutionality of the remaining portions of this Chapter, it being expressly declared that this Chapter and each section, subsection, paragraph, sentence, clause and phrase thereof would have to be adopted irrespective of the fact that any one or more sections, subsections, paragraphs, sentences, clauses and phrases be declared invalid or unconstitutional.
