§ 1100-120. PENALTY

Any person, firm or corporation who violates any provision of this Chapter shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof shall be fined not exceeding two hundred fifty ($250.00), or by imprisonment for not more than 100 days or by both said fine and said imprisonment.
