§ 980-010. REGULATION OF OPERATION OF MOTOR VEHICLES

  • No person shall drive a motor vehicle on any cultivated land, lands used primarily for agricultural purposes, lands designated for the production of cattle or sheep, drainage district rights-of-way, whether unenclosed or enclosed by fence, belonging to or occupied by another, without having, and upon request of a peace officer displaying, written permission from the owner of such lands or his agent, or the person in lawful possession from the owner of such lands or his agent, or the person in lawful possession thereof; provided, however, that this section shall not be applicable to persons having visible or lawful business with said owner, agent, or person in lawful possession.
