§ 970-060. VIOLATIONS—MISDEMEANOR

Any person who violates any provision of this Chapter shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof shall be fine not exceed five hundred ($500.00) or by imprisonment for not more than six months, or by both said fine and said imprisonment.
