§ 970-030. LICENSE STICKER PLATES

The County shall provide licenses together with registration cards therefor which shall have numbers stamped thereon in numerical order beginning with Number 1 and also the letters "Sutter County" imprinted thereon. The license shall be suitable for attachment on the frames of bicycles. A license shall be attached to the frame of each bicycle and a corresponding registration card shall be issued to the licensee. The license shall remain attached to the bicycle. The Sheriff shall keep a record of the date of issuance of each license, to whom issued and the number thereof.
