§ 945-010. UNLAWFUL TO PARK VEHICLE OR STRUCTURE FOR SALE ON COUNTY ROADS

Any vehicle or structure parked or placed wholly or partly within any county road or highway for the purpose of selling the same or of selling therefrom or therein any article, service or thing, is a public nuisance and any duly authorized peace officer may immediately remove such vehicle or structure from within any such county road or highway.
