§ 920-030. VIOLATIONS—PENALTY

Latest version.

Any person or persons violating the provisions of this Chapter or any portion thereof, shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor, and shall be punishable by a fine not exceeding one hundred dollars ($100.00), or by imprisonment in the County Jail not exceeding 30 days, or by both such fine and imprisonment.
