§ 800-114. TRANSFER OF LICENSE AT CHANGE OF OWNERSHIP

Upon presentation of a valid vaccination certificate as required in Section 800-113, and after payment of the fee established by a resolution of the Board of Supervisors, a current dog license may be transferred from one owner to another by making application to Animal Control Services in a form required by the Community Services Director. At a minimum, the previous owner shall provide Animal Control Services with the name, address, and telephone number of the owner to whom the dog is transferred.
