§ 800-112. DOG LICENSE PENALTIES

In the event the owner or person having custody of a dog fails to obtain a license, or fails to renew a license within 30 days after its expiration date, he or she shall pay a penalty, established by the Board of Supervisors by resolution, which shall be applicable to all owners or persons having custody regardless of age and whether the dog is spayed or neutered.
