§ 800-370. CATS: SPAY/NEUTER DEPOSIT REQUIRED

(a)

After January 1, 2000, Animal Control Services shall not sell, give away, or transfer any cat over six months of age except as provided for in Chapter 2, commencing with Section 31760 of Division 14.5 of the Agricultural Code.

(b)

Prior to January 1, 2000, Animal Control Services shall not sell, give away, or transfer any cat over six months of age except as provided for in Section 31751 of the Food and Agricultural Code.
