§ 800-312. TRESPASSING ANIMALS

Any animal found trespassing on any private property in the County of Sutter may be taken up by any person at interest and delivered to Animal Control Services. Any dog found running at large on the lands of another, where poultry or livestock are kept, without the permission of the owner or person in charge of such lands, may be taken up by any person and delivered to Animal Control Services.
