§ 800-310. CONTROL

It shall be unlawful for any person who owns or has the charge, care, control, or custody of any animal to permit such animal upon any public street or other public place in the County of Sutter or upon any property belonging to the County unless such animal is under the complete control of the person owning or at the time in possession of such animal.
